DO NOT MICROWAVE!!! 7 Easy Steps

1. Open up the heat pad (Japanese writing) and remove the adhesive backing.

2. Give the heat pad a couple of good shakes to get it working. Stick the heat pad TO THE BAG, between the bag and the belt.

3. Wrap the Monkey Whizz around your waist (under ALL your clothing) with the temperature strip touching your skin, and the tube pointing to the floor.

4. Wear the kit for one (1) hour before use. The target temperature SHOULDread 98-100 degrees before using.

5. On the day of use, close the white clips and cut the end of the tube to the desired length.

6. To Use! Unfasten the white clips and drain contents into or onto desired object.

7. Celebrate!

REMEMBER:

• Do not keep checking the temperature, this cools it down.

• Once opened, the heat pad is good for eight (8) hours.

• Only use one heat pad at a time.

• The bladder bag needs to touch your skin to heat up.

• This product cannot be refilled.

• This product does not over heat.

• Don’t panic if heat pad does not feel hot. They only get slightly warm
